There has to be some sort of common sense leniency in situations such as this. The law was meant to protect children from individuals such as Sandusky. Not high school freshman from senior running backs.
If people can't see that they are as biased against LSU as people on the Rant are for LSU. He was essentially suspended a year for that, as you mentioned, in a case where he was the star senior RB and little freshman girl was embarrassed and didn't want to look like the skeez of her class.

Dude I'm not trying to deceive anyone. I don't know what their exact ages were. I know that Hill was a senior, and I assumed the girl was a freshman.. Are we squabbling about what grade they were in? They were both in high school. The crime would have been the same if Hill was 19 and the girl was 17. Does this matter? No. The point is that they were both kids. If you want to pretend that Hill was a grown man preying on innocent children then you go right ahead.

If some of these kids knew what players did back in the 60s and 70s they'd be having conniptions. Players were known to clear out bars. Of course there was no ESPN or twitter back then.
