Correct. Our run defense, which was good then, is much better now. Plus, Lacy is hobbled. I'm not sure why you think this is a good thing.

Who has had more improvement and does it matter?
I am expecting a great, close game. I have to ask this...Lane is known as an offensive genius, rightfully or wrongfully so. Who do you honestly believe called the plays for Ole Miss while Lane was there?
It is an honest question. I really don't know.
If Lane called the plays I would think his absence has to have at least somewhat of an impact.
Our coaches have said that Trinidad Chambliss is the best QB in the playoffs and can cause more problems for us than any other QB in the playoffs.
Our defense has improved due to better understanding by our player, and becoming more aggressive. A huge key, in my opinion, will be if we can get pressure on Chambliss while keeping him in the pocket.
Looking forward to the game, but I will say that ole Miss was the one team I did not want to face in the playoffs.

Didn't he take over as starter against Arkansas four games prior? If so, didn't that make the UGA game his fifth start at Ole Miss?
