10-2. There will be way too many 10-2 teams out there. That is why I said 12-0, 11-1, and 10-2 team the ones getting in. There will be some 10-2 teams that will be left out of the playoffs.

I don't buy that. There are 12 teams with a 10-2 record or better this year. Two of those teams are leaving the Big 12 for the SEC.
ETA Oregon and Washington are two more that will be playing a much tougher schedule. That's 1/3 of the teams with two losses or fewer.
