SEC - .63 (83-49)
Big 12 - .61 (65-41
Big 12 plays an extra game in conference each instead of a creampuff - which obviously lowers the winning percentage for the whole conference.
Big 12 also has the best out of conference record of any of the major/BCS conferences
Subjectively I think the Big 12 is over-rated by the computers but the results on paper favor them over the other major conferences IMO
