Luther was NOT ENGAGED WITH ANOTHER BLOCKER when Pugh "CUT" blocked him. You do understand that "cut blocking" is legal, don't you? It's only "CHOP" blocking if the defender is engaged with another blocker AT TIME OF CUT/CHOP....
