kind of. If Bama wasn't such a well coached team, or if Jevan had been on, we would have won that game. Plus it was in T-Town. We've only one once in Tuscaloosa...ever. It really came down to Dexter McCluster's interception. We still were 40 yards from victory, We win that game, we win the SEC west, and LSU doesn't have a late season collapse.

Yeah, but the fake field goal call was genious, overall, that was really his only bad call of the year. The players lost us the other three games by not playing up to potential.

Yeah huey realized that the wild rebel wasn't going to work so we came out at halftime with a different gameplan. it's pretty mindboggling that Crowton tried to run it the week after Ole Miss failed. Nick Saban is the Defensive Guru as far as the Wild formation is concerned.

yea i was pissed about our play calling. Lee should have never had a chance to throw 4 picks and the wild cat bullshite pissed me off. we only ran for like 250 yards on them. we could have played grind them out and ran for like 5 yards a pop all game.

Probably. Once Cody was out of the game we were able to ram it straight down their throats. We would have beaten them if we were in LSU's position.

Yeah, Ga Tech over LSU is the only LOCK.
Whatever Kirk, LSU has the 15th ranked rush defense, the only school that Ga Tech has faced that is better at rush defense is Boston College. Another similar D statistics wise is Virginia Tech. Both times Georgia Tech didn't score more than 19 points.
Meanwhile, teams with better defenses than Georgia Tech are:
Florida
Alabama
Ole Miss
We averaged about 18 points per game. This is anything BUT a lock, and will be an evenly matched game. I think that we stand a solid chance to win this one.
That is purely based on statistics, not not counting Miles having a month to prepare, the delta in talent between the two teams, giving Jefferson and Lee another month of training etc;
Of course it's also not discounting the lack of leadership, and confusion on defense so who knows.
I'm excited!!!!!
