Vegas odds are as follows.

Bryce Young -200
CJ Stroud +450
Aidan Hutchinson +1600
Kenny Pickett +1800
Kenneth Walker III +2000
Matt Corral +2000
LINK

I think it’s fair to say that the two favorites aren’t even the best players on their team.

Hutchinson is a beast, but Anderson was as disruptive or more at the same position. Corral has more total offense than the top two quarterbacks and essentially the same records. And his team wasn’t as good. Pickett lost to a MAC school. There’s blue blood/regional bias in these results.

Only three of them listed are playing in CCGs. A standout game from one of them, mostly Young or Hutchinson, and it’s probably theirs to lose. I was surprised Corral wasn’t among the top 3 odds wise

It's Bryce's to lose now. Just accept it.

Your title does not match the odds you posted.

Anderson leads Hutchinson by EVERY measure in a more competitive league and the nation in multiple categories.

He is a true follow-me leader.

Hutchinson was an unknown across CFB before tOSU game.

Typical anti-SEC bump for mid-west and NE media looking, hoping, and praying for some sort of recognition.

It is ridiculous that he'd jump to 3rd in the odds over Anderson and Davis as a defensive player in consideration

Sam Williams at OM has better stats than Hutchinson, albeit only by 0.5 more tfl and sack. Still, it shows how unqualified Hutchinson is.

The fact that Caleb Williams is even mentioned makes it even more apparent that this shite is a popularity contest now days.

Doesn't even have the best stats for UGA on the DL, he's absolutely a beast but plays slightly above 2/3 of the snaps.

Jordan is your classic but increasingly rare 2 technique nose tackle that can collapse a pocket from the A or B gaps.

Do you think there is a player way above the rest this year?

By the likely winner or my personal opinion?

-200 is a solid favorite at this point. And the third best odds are 16-1.

There isn't. Really an odd year for Heisman. Voting will be all over the place but like another poster said it will likely come down to a popularity vote over who is most deserving.

How many get invited to NY?

Will it just be 3 this year?

Matt Corral
3333 yards passing
597 yards rushing
19 yards receiving
3949 total yards of offense
31 total TDs

Bryce Young
3901 yards passing
-9 yards rushing
3892 yards of total offense
42 total TDs

Kenny Pickett
4066 yards passing
213 yards rushing
4279 yards of total offense
44 total TDs

CJ Stroud
3862 yards passing
-30 yards rushing
3832 yards of total offense
38 total TDs

Only discernable difference in the QBs this year is the TD numbers Corral doesn't have compared to the other 3,but he's also the only QB that has done much on the ground. One would think the Heisman voting should be pretty tight, especially if Young loses to Georgia this weekend. If he wins, I'd bet on him also winning the Heisman as that's the way these things usually go.

Has done the most with the least. Shame he won't win.

Might just be because that is where the money is being bet so the odds are adjusting to that.

IMO recency bias will play a factor since there isn't a clear dominant player and with Young playing against Georgia's defense, it may leave a bad impression of him
