Shorter coaches are better coaches...why? Because people expect football coaches to be big. You are fighting an uphill battle when you are not a big imposing guy as a football coach. You have to be smarter, work harder, and just be better to move up the coaching ladder. Its kind of a cream rises to the top kinda thing

Grinder type athletes make better coaches. Little guys that play for the love of the game and have to use the mental advantage to survive.

I might give muschamp 6'1" I'm right at 5'10 and hes got about 3 inches on me. I got to meet him when he came through the upstate his first year.
