I thought that I would only live here for a few years so we moved to SL. It was either SL or The Woodlands. The traffic sucks up above Blt 8 and 45 and I hate traffic. I like the schools and sports programs over here. It's definately a great place for my kids.

My sister lived near Rice when she was there, which was amazing. Her husband was doing his residency and I loved to visit. Sugarland makes me glaze over. I can see how it would be a good place to raise kids though.

I like that area. It would have cost too much to build my house inside of 610. Also, we pay property taxes rather than state income tax. The rates are higher inside the loop. I'm sending my son to the Rice BBall camp.

I always take customers there during crawfish season. I'll watch the Saints or any other teams there. LSU...I either go to the game or invite people over and watch at my house. Every time I sell any of my season tickets...we end-up meeting at Woodrow's. What other places do LSU fans hang at?

I've been to a place called Starz not for from my house, but I'm usually watching at home for the most part, no drinking and driving for me.
