I am in a wedding in Fayetteville in late July. The wedding is at the The Inn at Carnall Hall. I will have a day to myself though and need some must dos while visiting before the wedding party gets there. TIA

Inn at Carnall Hall is on the edge of Old Main lawn.
You're walking distance to Dickson St and the square. You're also near the greenway trail system, and of course, you're on campus.
Lots of stuff to do within walking distance of there.

Are you staying at Carnall Hall also? Pretty good spot if so. Walking distance to Dickson.
What are your interests? Devils Den if you’re outdoorsy. Head up to Crystal Bridges if you’re artsy. Stay on Dickson and tie one on if you’re a drunk.
Good all around.

I will, this one time, not steer you to Bottom's Up. Though if you do go there check and see how the front desk lady is doing. Laetia has the personality of a constipated rattle snake but she gives the best lap dances.
Mmm. July is not the best time to be in the Ozarks, but its probably going to be cooler then the rest of the South. Devil's Den state park or Crystal Bridges are wonderful. There are some great restaurants on Dickson St.
I will say that if its at The Inn At Carnall Hall you are going to be eating high on the hog. So to speak.
My suggestions would be some of the nature trails which will be amazing. If you like beer there are some very good local breweries who dearly love to pour you a few.

Yes. Staying there for 4 nights. Looking for best bars and eats. The wedding will be there as well so I’m gonna steer clear of eating there until (I assume) they cater the wedding. Thanks for all the recs so far!

Just head to Dickson Street, it comes highly recommended by Baker Mayfield.

I think he was a victim of being used to watered down beer in Oklahoma.

Restaurant recs: Cheers, Herman's, Wasabi, Farrell's, Hugo's, Lucky Luke's, Theo's, Bordino's, Sassy's
Bar recs: Sideways, Kingfish, JJ's, Bugsy's, Farrell's, Brewski's
Fossil Cove and Crisis Brewing are two good local breweries.
I'll come get trashed with you if you decide you want company

Eats: I’d try to get a sammich at Green Submarine on Wedington for lunch one day. I’d also try and get a meal from Hugo’s on the square for one meal. I prefer their burgers. It’s a legit underground gem. Sassy’s Red House is a good eating joint as well.

Hit up Hammontrees on Dickson for lunch one day. Great food and usually a good selection of local beers on tap.

I always forget about Hammontrees because it's so packed at lunch but it's delicious.
