Have a feeling this is a “ball don’t lie” thing with Tennessee baseball…

Or baseball gods or Karma or whatever….

Gonna be tough for them to get to Omaha. Sensed it a little with how they looked in the Regional Round.

ND has the pitching to hold them down the stretch. Vitellols are finished.

This is solid. The baseball gods don’t play around and they won’t let some trashy arse program have glory. There are still 2 games to play, but man, TN makes it hard to get behind them. Just win with talent. There is no need for hillbilly antics and classless in the game.

I tried to tell them Arkansas just did what they are now doing, and it doesnt mean a natty will come. "That's baseball" means the #1 team almost never wins it all.

It’s similar to late stage Will Wade. Whether a villain or not, if you’re perceived as one you’re going to get everyone’s absolute best effort and you’re leaving the game in the hands of already bad officiating with chip on their shoulder. Not a good recipe for success.

I tried to tell them too Arky cuz, you need some breaks and some luck. Even in LSUs epic run, many of those years were we peaking at right time and got lucky, we won it all but were really not the favorite going into the CWS.

Yeah, just look at us, Baw. Epic snatching of defeat from victory's jaws on a foul ball of all things. You just never know.

But-
Playing in a decent stadium instead of a Band Box helps to get to Omaha, though. Vols need a new stadium.

The hitter should have understood what can happen saying what he said to the Ump. Very interesting to see if the "swag" factor bites them in the arse and costs them a trip to Omaha.

Launching pop flys in that stadium might help them get to Omaha.

But it definitely ain't helping them once they're in Omaha.
