You would be surprised. A lot of kids named Eli will be paying middle school football next year in MS

I know there are terrible people in every fanbase but I laugh at every single one of them when I see it.

thanks Hotty!! We named our son a month before the Bear died. We just admired the man and liked his name.No biggy. My son is very proud of his name and that is all that matters.FYI, he went to OSU!

Okay sounds like I have had my fun. You just have to understand the public opinion and stereotype of an Alabama fan. You sound like a nice lady and I will back off. Now when you say OSU do you mean Oklahoma State, Oregon State or Ohio State?

My parents liked the name Bryant but it wasn't like they named me after him, although I've gone to the Bear Bryant namesake reunions before.
