I'm just good at seeing all sides of the story, and I work in grey. Whenever someone tries to take a black and white stand, I tend to find flaws.

You won't ever see me say that everything Coach Saban does is selfless or that I think that he is without flaws, and I'm quick to criticize his handling of things like the player who had to go to Arkansas and other stuff like that. Similarly, I will certainly defend things he does when I think they are wrongly attacked. If that's shite stirring, fine.

I think what JLS did is shitty.... I think it's naive for people to ignore the big picture, but it doesn't mean it won't work out for Arkansas. Seems fairly benign to me.

I do not want to moralize over Smith's career but I refuse to drink the Kool-Aid,the premise Weber had hired him knowing he would bounce after one season ludicrious.

I agree. I listened to his press conference when he got hired at Weber State and I don't remember anything about him being one and done.

Either way, I'm still stoked we are keeping the whole gang together now.

It's not like criticizing the actions of a coach or a program makes you less of a supporter of your team. I certainly don't like everything Saban does, but I still support. If I were an Arkansas fan, I'd be relieved that things are somewhat contained, and a little bit wary too.

AND, I'd be totally torn between wanting my team to do really well and not wanting them to do too well so that we wouldn't have to keep him longer than a year.

why is everyone crying? But, please, go a head. I think the more grief Long gets, the more willing he will be to throw 6 million at Saban ~

You mean we might have to give him a $2600 raise to keep him away from Arky?

Makes sense he couldn't afford the reputation hit of leaving after spring ball.

They would probably have to consider it for continuity kind of like we had to consider Mcgee.
