I thought it was childish.
Fredrick Douglas was a great man and a hero to many, black and white. He endured a lot of abuse in the cause of freedom and deserves at the least, our respect.

This is why we need to upgrade our educational system. Juneteenth should have been taught in schools decades ago. It is only recently we have learned of this great holiday because of how backward our educational system is. We need a more progressive curriculum in our classrooms to educate and provide for a better world.
