Auburn with the eagle, UT with the "T" and especially USC with the 2001 song are the best by far.

As a Bama fan it is only fitting that you would pick those lame pre game "traditions" , they all equal the lameness that is a video of " Bahr gonna talk to us" and a session of Skynyrd on the PA while the fans so cleverly yell RTR after every chorus of Sweet Home Alabama.
To clarify, "Bahr gonna talk to us" is a quote from people sitting around me in BDS attempting to impress me.

So funny that those guys were way more worried about a homosexual contaminating their cheer squad than what was happening on the field.

This is one of the better Pregame videos for UT. At the end of the first chorus line of Rocky Top, you can hear the UCLA fan say "wow."

When ranking the bands of the SEC, its easy to see the difference between the cream and the crap

the directors of the SEC always vote LSU #1 when they are polled. Auburn has a nice marching band though. Took a guy educated at Alabama and LSU to make em worth a shite though

I thought we were talking about the various "pre-game" experiences in the SEC .....
I didn't know this was a marching band debate...
and I do agree with you....LSU has a very good band

Actually five bands in the SEC have won the Sudler Trophy for college marching band excellence. They are:
Georgia
LSU
Alabama
Auburn
Arkansas
"The purpose of the Sudler Trophy is to identify and recognize collegiate marching bands of particular excellence that have made outstanding contributions to the American way of life. The Sudler Trophy will be awarded biannually to a college or university marching band which has demonstrated the highest of musical standards and innovative marching routines and ideas, and which has made important contributions to the advancement of the performance standards of college marching bands over a number of years."

LSU received 11 1st place votes in that directors poll. The directors couldn't vote for their school. Wickes voted for Alabama.
