Owning Tiger n Miami is almost too boring to bother with.

He'll say something stupid, get called on it, and then all he can do is reply with smiley faces or dancing bananas. He's an amateur with 10,000 posts.

I will however laugh at the 13 title plaques. That is a total joke and the administration for the University of Alabama is pathetic for making that claim. And it is not like anyone believes them. Everyone outside of Alabama just thinks they are idiots for make believe title claims.
TigernMiami, for a guy who thinks the 13 claim is as absurd as you suggest you sure do put a lot of energy in this thread on trying to dispell those claims. Hope you are on Lipitor or something, you need to relax.

THE PRESIDENT: Hello, everybody! (Applause.) Please, have a seat, have a seat. Have a seat, Crimson Tide. Go Tide. (Laughter.) Well, welcome to the White House, and congratulations on your 13th -- let me check that -- 13th National Championship –- the first in 17 years. I think it's safe to say that the Tide is back.....

That's it.

I'm claiming Auburn's 1914 Undefeated team and SAIA Championship as a National Championship.

Booya.

8-0-1. Outscored Opponents 193-0.

That's 6 moral victories right there.

Wrong year. The 1918 Auburn team was 2-5.

Now the 1913 Auburn team was undefeated and 8-0, but Harvard was 9-0 and was awarded the NC. And Auburn didn't play Alabama that year.

Sorry, I got the year wrong too.

Army won the NC in 1914.

This is so sad, what a bunch of ignorant country fools. They will have to tear it down one day. I can't think of a better match than Saban and the Gumps.

wtf? Why would we ever tear it down?

I'm sorry Saban pissed in your cheerios and left you for the shitty Miami Dolphins. You don't have to cry about it.

I love how Bama fans still assume all LSU fans give a shite about Saban leaving. Trust me, the majority are more concerned about Les Miles. We don't sit around crying that Saban "left us."

Why the super size statue?...why not real life size?..oh, I forgot, has to be to equal their ego's...and besides, if they made Saban's life size,....it couldn't be seen unless you were close up.....

it was 5 years ago. LSU has already won a MNC without Saban plus it's not like Alabama was never going to be a good program again. It's fricking Alabama. Even shitty coaches do okay there.

Now if he'd gone to Old Miss and won a MNC there, well.. that'd be pretty fricking hard to swallow.

You probably don't care but some of your fellow LSU fans obviously do going by their jealousy posts about Saban. LSU has won a NC without Saban and y'all will continue to recruit great so there's nothing to worry about IMO.

I agree there are a few of these. Mostly younger guys that just became LSU fans in 2003. They're too butt hurt to realize that life goes on.

Yeah, I had to go back and look. I don't track our back history that far.

FWIW, the 1913 and 1914 teams were both undefeated. And according to Wikipedia's list of Recognized nat'l champs, Auburn split the title in '13 with 2 other schools.

Auburn also went 22-0 during a stretch under Mike Donahue as HC.

shite, a gump has never in his sad pathetic life ever owned me or come close on this site. It is a busy time of year for me, and frankly many gumps on this site are really not worth fooling with anymore. Too much gump group think stupidity is kinda like Jonestown where no one can think for themselves and just tows the company line. It is pathetic. Like 13 NCs.

You have done a good job in some arguements supporting a point (like the one about AU playing tougher schedules in the 80's than bama). Correcting my persistant misspelling of gaurantee does not really count though.
