Yeah the BRPD really covered up the Jordan Jefferson fight, Jeremy Hill fight, Anthony Jennings stealing, Matthieu with weed. Yeah theycover up everything.

Probably not. If the NFL teams didn't already know about these alleged issues, I doubt they read that tweet and decided to change their entire board to move Guice down. But, yeah, he should still have said who his sources are, not because of the NFL but because he's making allegations in a public forum.
