Greed / TV Money caused all of this ...

NCAA and Conferences were greedy and corrupt. TV execs took advantage and made them addicts to money. Players got wise and pissed. The control mechanisms got obliterated. The establishment is now mad as hell. It's every man for himself and more cutthroat than ever. Allegiances are a dubious proposition at best.

Lane Kiffin is just The Joker stoking the fire and laughing as it burns. Do you think he cares what anyone has to say? Only the one who is writing his check.

Major college sports has ALWAYS been a minor league farm system. An awesome entertaining one at that. Might as well drop the pretense and make it official. This all has an end point of a select group of schools breaking way to form one new entity.

I fully expect LSU to get kicked out on Thursday. I won't miss the SEC one iota. I never liked the league pride sentiments. This is all a means to an end. The old ways of business are OVER. Been over for a while.
