love the godsmack tune, but c'mon - why does beating ole miss make you so proud? it's not like that is an accomplishment of any sort. hell, many non-conference teams have beaten them too. after all, they have only won 1 sec conference game in 2 years! find something better to pat yourself on the back about.....

It's about dominating your in-state rival. LSU doesnt have one- so you dont get it. Nobody is saying it's some awesome accomplishment- but it still brings alot of satisfaction- the same way Bama likes beating Auburn just a little more- Florida loves beating Florida State, Michigan State loves beating Michigan, and so on
