Just as the University Student Conduct Committee decided months ago, the existence of a firearm was just hearsay and the charges lacked a preponderance of evidence. UK players rejoined practice yesterday. Immediate impact at DB and likely RB.

I hope the impact is immediate (Tisdale and McClain), but these guys have been held out of practice practically the whole fall camp and season... right? I don't think they're in shape yet... mentally or physically. My guess is we won't see them Saturday and maybe not even next week.

It's criminal that it took 5 months for the charges to be filed and another two for the charges to be dismissed.

It’s my understanding that their strength, conditioning, and presence at practice (not participating) has been uninterupted. I think Phillips will add immediate depth at CB as well.

It’s hilarious that everyone is down voting due process.

I hope that's right... it wasn't clear from the things that I have read. If they have been conditioning, that's half the prep. Watching from the sidelines and studying film not the same as live reps though. But, like you say... at least we have more depth now, and we can work these guys back into the flow.

Eyewitness accounts are now referred to as hearsay?

I guess the injuries from the fighting were self inflicted.

Interesting.

You probably have more details than the grand jury got. The judge should have just asked for your opinion.
