Do we?

What it "says" and what it "is" may not be close. So much about UK is getting big buildings built and huge contracts for a few. Public schools should focus on the best educators first, then getting the best students with a focus on in state. Then you get around to the new buildings as long as you have already built the endowment to maintain and upgrade them.

Would love to know the room by room actual use and occupancy numbers to see what actually is needed and where.
