I used to hate DS. Then I just accepted him for what he was: an angry troll. Now I kind of like him, because as far as angry trolls go, he's one of the best.
He's top three in the "Most Butthurt" category for sure. CP3LSU or whatever is a shoe in as well.

LSU won't be winning any titles for a long long time, but at least your favorite pro team is about to get another one

Well this exact thread (ie, Harbaugh > Saban) has been started, by LSU fans (and I'm not including you, since you claim you aren't an LSU fan), at least 3 times in the last 2 days.
I don't understand what the point is. The fact that any other coach in the country, it's not even worth a comparison, is actually a complement. Ok, Bama has the best college coach in the country, the best program in the country, the greatest program of all time, and National Titles 3 of the last 4 years. But you can name one coach who you could argue is better than our coach. Is this supposed to make Bama fans feel bad? Is this supposed to make LSU fans feel better? I don't get it.
The NFL and college are totally different animals. IMO, you might as well be comparing Saban to Coach K. It's a pointless comparison.

Still don't see a legit link, brah.

There is no link I could give you that you would consider legit. Pats fans still deny SpyGate but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.

um, not sure i ever said that...definitely in jest like a month ago maybe, but I've been about as sincere as possible in this thread

jim harbaugh was an outstanding college coach. He didn't stay long enough to be regarded higher and he is a top 5 coach in the NFL right now. Top 3 IMO.
Saban as a college coach is infinitely better than harbaugh was. Seeing Harbaugh hoist a lombardi might spark a competitive desire in saban. might? it will. I don't know if it would be enough to get him to leave bama. I think it's 50/50 with a great nfl opportunity on the table

It will? And you know this for a fact?

wtf are you even talking about?
he's slowly getting around to admitting that he indeed did not ever attend the University of Alabama .. but that he's still a die hard fan and the community college he chose to go to offered a better career path.

He's accomplished everything he can at bama. He's the GOAT...What's left?
Super Bowl of course. I heard he is taking over the Pats since Bill is gonna announce his retirement later this week and at the same time announce Saban as his replacement.
Isn't this old news? I thought every one knew this.

How many crystal footballs does Harbough have?
Posted on 1/21/13 at 5:19 pm to stat19
The same number of Lombardi's that Saban has.
Posted on 1/21/13 at 5:19 pm to stat19
who cares, if he were tanking in the NFL that would be a legit counter but he has been to 2 NFC title games in 2 years after taking over a sub .500 team
and he's in the SB
and he's in the SB

It's stupid as frick on both ends

If Harbough fricks up in the Super Bowl, does it hurt his chances of getting the Alabama job when Saban leaves?
