I still think the prosecutors were awful in their arguments to try to get them in.
Lol, what was the prosecutions argument to get the tapes in? Please be as specific as possible.

Yet you seemingly have hours a day available for you to post on a message board
You clearly know how much I post, right? I've hardly posted in the last couple of months. You can go look if you're so interested.
I can't say the same for you.
Again, you have no idea what a 13 hour day is like.
The defense counsel was awful. That's my opinion.
I just said I want it to go the distance (Will Wade being show-caused over non-compliance with an investigation and suing the NCAA) to see the power that the NCAA has. I believe most people would want to see this. Sorry Will Wade would be the guinea pig in that scenario, but he did cheat.
Do you have more to say from your parent's basement? Are you struggling to find clients? I've said this before, if you are an attorney, Tennessee's bar must not be very hard.

Nice job going and looking at the stuff before posting. Again, multiple 13 hour days (something I doubt you've come close to). Good job.
So you're berating him for knowing his shite? You're a real peach.
And maybe you'd have less "13 hour" days if you'd stop posting on TD for hours all day everyday.
STFU dude, no one but you is buying the shite your peddling here. You've looked like an arse from day one of this mess. Don't get pissy when others call you on your bullshite. Or if you wanna get angry with someone, go look in a mirror.

you've already made it clear you didn't even know who made the argument so that probably means you also have no clue what arguments were made. So how can you say the arguments were awful? You can't.

Which of their arguments did you not agree with?

Lol, yet the struggling attorney from Tennessee has taken you to the proverbial woodshed in multiple threads.

Taken me to the woodshed? Says who? The fellow LSU dumbasses?
Not my fault your coach is a cheater and you're trying to take it out on me for saying as much.

Bend over and take the arse kicking WW is gong to put on UK like a man. I so smell fear . Hopefully you also are acting on your hate of LSU and this is not your honest opinion.
Remember when Cal got UM and Memphis put on probation. But naaaa he don’t cheat anymore . NOPE!

You wouldn’t be getting embarrassed if all you did was state your opinion that Wade cheated. Instead, you decide to comment on things you are woefully incompetent to speak on and get called out on it. Be better.

No evidence was shown of WW offering anything in court. So if they had WW putting money in a kids hands but it wasn’t used in court ,NCAA can’t get hands on it, It is against the law.

I can't think of any school, other than Penn State (where the NCAA had to back track), going to NCAA jail based on anything shown in court. The evidence shown in court would have made their job much easier but doesn't prevent them from finding it theirselves.

Don't try reasoning with them. They'll call you names because they don't want negativity on a non-LSU board.

A 100 day melt because LSU brutalized U.K. in your own barn and was 2019 SEC basketball Daddy ? That’s weird. These traumas usually only last a week or so.

I'm not necessarily on your side in this debate but the dynamics and hypocrisy shown in this thread fascinates me.

That's because until the last year or so the NCAA couldn't use anything from Court proceedings. They used to have to conduct their own independent investigations. This NCAA basketball probe was the first big case where they were going to be able to use court proceedings to further their own investigations. And they have been able to with several schools, just not LSU. I believe 4 schools have already received NOAs based on information released during these proceedings. However, they did start an investigation on Miami in 2011 after Nevin Shaprio was convicted of securities fraud and money laundering. Obviously, the NCAA screwed that up and nothing much came from it (at least not as much as everyone expected), but there is precedent for this sort of thing.
