They are only "made public" if requested. As often as not, you don't hear about an investigation till some time into it.

I remember Hugh Freeze making almost this exact tweet, year 1 of the NCAA investigation into Ole Miss football. The Rebels hadn't even kicked Bamas arse yet for the first time.

hell, it's been widely reported.
Wrong. Its content has been reported by one unconfirmed source and parroted by others...none of whom have heard the clip firsthand at all.
That isn't sufficient evidence of wrongdoing at all by any standard.

Only if requested will they be made public.
Also, I would call LSU under investigation if they're having NCAA officials present at these "meetings."
LSU fans will continue to put their heads in the sand though.

Did you enjoy the ATPB thread when there was much less than a Strong arse Offer"? You know, the pinned and longest thread ever on this "LSU" site? The hypocrisy is very amusing to me.

Wrong sport, amoeba. You're more Gump than I thought.

Don’t you think such a request has been made?

And you will continue to make hot takes until one day you’re right. That day, unfortunately for you, has yet to come. So sorry

I've said the same thing since this started.
Will Wade will not be coach at LSU next season.
What "hot takes" are you talking about? That I thought he would have resigned by now? Yeah, I thought it would have been the right move to resign and save face. But nope, he's a dumbass, just like the LSU administration. I hope the NCAA penalties set your program back for years. Mostly because LSU fans are in true defiance that anything is going on.

Looks like he's trying to be careful and thoughtful in his response to a sensitive topic. Doesn't mean he's guilty of anything.

1. He's obviously guilty.
2. LSU fans acting like Ole Miss.
Well 3 things since you posted this:
3. Emmert doesn't have that kind of power.
You're 0-3.
1) Wade innocent.
2) LSU fans are right.
3) Woodward and Emmert are family; therefore, LSU and Wade gonna skate like Nancy before she got Tonya'd.
Sorry you're wrong and salty about it.

Never once have I said nothing was going on. Try again
Your takes on that subpoena and trial, though, el oh el. You were dead fricking wrong and I was dead fricking right. Told you months ago he’d never have to testify and why. And that had frick all with whether I think he cheated (I think he did btw). Again, so sorry that didn’t work out for you. And your claiming to be a lawyer and being so out of touch with basic legal arguments made it all too funny.

If he broke a rule, I’m sure he’ll be penalized.
It doesn’t change my belief that he is the norm, not the exception. The only thing exceptional about him is that he was better than everyone else last season.
I can’t figure out why you folks waste so much time on him.

Maybe Cal can give him some pointers.

There is no way in hell I'm wrong about #1. The video in the OP confirms that. The way he answered the questions in a prepared statement kind of way while also being awkward removes all doubt.
Tell me it's just the way basketball is done, I'll believe you.
Tell me there are many other teams in the same boat, I'll believe you.
But there is no way in hell he is innocent.

Without reading through this thread I predict:
- Kencucky and Alabama fans are crying
- Alabama fans didn't even want Watford
- Maybe a few USofC or Tennessee or Auburn fans also crying
ETA: Should've known Fornever would be crying too!

And one Gump swinging his 3 inch dick around about football in a basketball thread. So yes, all very predictable behavior.

You're actually quite wrong. Your reason was not the reason that he did not have to testify. Good on the lawyers for making it seem irrelevant (I would still argue that the testimonies would have been relevant to the case). I guess I'll go brush up on learning the federal rules for relevancy in a criminal matter.
Still doesn't stop the fact that the tapes actually did happen or that the NCAA is investigating.
