So you gotta pay $20 mil to buy out O, $70 mil to buyout Jimbo, then pay him $10+ mil a year.

Jimbo doesn't have a buyout to leave for another job but you figure you'd have to at least match what's left on his contract at A&M plus the benefit for an extension. No thanks.

I kind of agree. He would obviously be an upgrade over O, and I've always liked Jimbo, but the time has passed.

I find the idea that this is even being discussed in a non-trolling conversation to be comical.
Jimbo and his contract have been the butt of something like 60% of all SEC trash talking jokes for almost 5 years.
Now someone is tossing his name around for the LSU job?
