IMHO UT has 2 top 10 recruiters in the nation. They should get Chaney the offense he needs to make ut a consistent 8-4/ 9-3 team.

It's a good staff for sure. Except head coach and will they work together well. We've seen good groups not do well because they don't mesh. Pruitt is unknown at the HC level and his first year didn't show if he is good nor bad. So I am in wait and see mode with Tenn. They have to prove it at this point

He is a hell of an on field football coach and is respected by other fundamental football coaches. So I'm not surprised at al that he has put together probably the best staff in America. I always thought he would be Alabama's next coach but he's got his own thing where he can win now.
