If was never going to work for a few reasons:
1. Bama had its defense on the field.
2. The guy Kirby mentioned as being uncovered was picked up/ pointed out prior to the snap by Mac Wilson.
3. Fields was on the field and everyone knew it.

Ok.....and? You think I care we barely lost with a team of 68% underclassmen? Point is Georgia dominated “the best team ever” and overachieved this year. I can wait one more year to beat Bama and win the natty.
