Bama has always lost multitudes of recruiting battles because Saban offers multitudes.

Well...they all do. Most schools will send out 200 or so offers. Not all are commitable, though.

This year for various reasons there was a drop off.
Next years class of kids is supposed to be deeper and more talented. he was wanting to be able to back count so he can sign more next year.

But there were few that Bama and UGA went head-to-head on, where both really cared.
I'm sure there are more, but the one that sticks out to me is Quay Walker.

Not sure what you are talking about. Name a specific post that is digging and explain why.

Looks like Georgia is going for the 2018 debating championship to go along with their Good At Recruiting merit badge.

And what will Mizzou win? Dude. I know you said you like to troll, but being a Mizzou fan sets you up perfectly for reverse trolls.

Safe Space. Crap swastikas. Lack of wins in SECCG. Lack of National Titles no matter how long ago. (I mean, sure you can claim 1960, and I will give it to you, but you were trolling UGA for not having one since 1980 a couple of days ago )

You are saying everything that I'm saying. They hit such an abysmal percentage on the players that should be the easiest to rank. Then they hit at on an even lower percentage of 4 stars which is a much deeper pool.

Recruiting rankings are not even close to accurate enough to be taken seriously.

I understand you're need to believe in something so silly, it gives you hope.

I would trust Kirby's talent evaluations and his staffs ability to develop players 100 times more than some guys who run a subscription based website.

No, I am not. It's kind of like hitting in MLB baseball. The % might look low but it's actually good when you take the difficulty of the task into account.

When real games on the field, real all-American honors, and the NFL draft all support the job done, there isn't a good argument against it.

Heck, even the guys like Kirby fall in line with those rankings For the most part. Just look at the top 100. I bet the great coaches % of success from class to class falls right in line with the sites you trash.

I think it's awesome that UGA had such a great class. But everyone keeps acting like it's such a big deal. I believe their has been more talk about this one class than the last 7 put together for Bama. UGA is just doing what they should have been doing all along. We will see several things in the next few years that will define UGA. Can they sustain success both on the recruiting trail and on the field. Can Kirby beat Saban on the field? Most importantly when will Saban retire?

It's all fun and games until most of that class declares for the NFL draft (assuming they live up to the hype). Kirby will hope to recruit like that every year or else a drop off can happen ala UK basketball.

You have a link to back up ANYTHING you're saying??1st you said recruiting rankings were 20% accurate then you changed to a 50% for 5 stars.Once again please provide this data along the flame out rate of 3 stars.

I've provided you with the blue chip ratio link multiple times so I won't do it again...Its plain and simple research.

And it's amazing that some Bama fans dismiss recruiting ranking because it somehow takes away from Saban's on field success.

It's pretty much the entire narrative all your post in this thread.

And it's amazing how right in line Kirby and Saban are with these services.

He doesnt realize he is contradicting himself. I wonder if he is making these numbers up. What does these %'s represent?
