Going on who could:

Texas, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Florida, Oklahoma, A&M

Texas & UGA have the talent to play anyone, anywhere, and win.
Ole Miss has the potential to just outscore someone, if they can get the offense rolling (and Chambliss has shown he can ignite at any time, even if having a bad game).

LSU is a blend of those concepts. Talent bordering on UT and UGA, combined with ability to explode on anyone. Both sides of the ball are aggressive, they could break an opponent (like they did to Clemson. Dabo said the best thing about that game was, it's over now and Clemson can leave).

Florida- you laugh, but that is a damn dangerous program. Even under Sunbelt Billy, things would occasionally synch up and they'd beat someone they shouldn't. Florida can always beat someone, usually can lose to anyone too.

Oklahoma- everyone keeps saying they're trending back up, putting them on the sleeper list.

A&M- 11-1 last year, fought Miami damn hard (in retrospect, A&M played Miami as good as anyone, including Indiana), returns their QB. If Reed is good they can beat anyone.

I don't put Alabama this year, because I don't think Deboer can do it. Doesn't seem to instill the necessary toughness, and relies on his QB too much (and I don't think they have the QB this year).
