What better guy than Pruitt to resolve all of the conflict and turmoil within the UT program.

Pruitt was a great coach for us. Recruited pretty well up front and at LB but left us without much depth on the back end. Definitely had us in a better spot than when he came in though.

What? He had two top 10 pass defenses with mostly freshmen and sophomore DB starters.
His scheme's run defense, overall, was average at best (see 2014 UF game).

I mean, I could see why Tennessee fans wouldn't be impressed with his defense. Vols put up 30+ points both times they faced him at UGA.

I liked Pruitt. He is a meathead but it took him to push us to get an IPF.
