Exactly - which is why the fanbase going all stupid with the Trammell stuff is so dumb.

Trammell wasn’t changing anything about that result today.

I haven’t seen our OL play that bad in a long time. Consistently getting beat on a 3 man rush.

They can't block everyone. QB not changing the call when they are loading the box to stop the run. Not even recognizing blitzes.

We don't have the players to play in his system. Same thing next season then I'd be very concerned.

Not struggling. But they were loading the box and blitzing and pressuring the QB. Get it out of his hands and into the hands of our playmakers. Disappointed in how we didn't adjust at halftime.

VB3 being out certainly hurt today.

It hurts but it doesn't kill your offense.

I rewatched a good bit of our running plays and when we did run right a few times and Ugorji's job was just to take on the edge only I saw a couple of times he had good position locked on the edge and he still couldn't even move the guy to prevent him from disrupting the play. Nothing to do with speed or any moves he just couldn't control the 250 pound edge he has 50 plus pounds on to allow the play to have a chance. It was also a bad look how the line had no push at all on that 4th down QB sneak we got stuffed on.

I guess MIZ d-line was legit then. I'm not saying the OL played great. They had issues. But the OC not adjusting or thinking we can run the same gameplan was a big time mistake. SEC teams will study your offense and stop it. You have to keep changing it up. But unfortunately our QB is limited. Gotta get more creative on the perimeter pass plays or use the middle of the field.

Baugh can't win for the team by himself.

This was the first game I intentionally watched all season (watched some of the Auburn game because it was on at a sports bar where I went to watch the Ole Miss-LSU game), but this looked like more of the same that I've seen since 2021 even though we're on our 3rd coach since then. It just seems like every time I try to give this program a chance gives me more justification to tune out and find other things to do in the fall until basketball season starts.
