Not trying to tell you what to do, but put it on OAN or something that won't support the woke if you can't live without background noise.
I turned my tv off after the election and turn it on whenever there is a game on. I have eliminated most pro sports and probably will stop watching altogether when they start paying college players. (not under the table)
