B.Allen is not even the 3rd best QB in the west. He is better then what LSU seems to have and could be better then what Ole Miss has but the rest have better QBs.

Sorry, but anyone who doesn't think Dobbs is going to be the best QB in the SEC hasn't been paying attention. That's not to say that Tenn will finally get over the "hump" and win the the SEC East, but with his success, you're certainly looking at a 9-win team, imo.
