This seems to conflict with your claims. You can choose a segment of Bama’s student population and say that this particular sampling is better than Vandy, etc. But that doesn’t help the argument over which schools are academically superior.
Bama may have more freshmen than Vandy, UGA or UF, but there’s no way they are a higher quality group. GA has more than twice the population of Alabama, and a better school system. How then does Bama get better average students? It doesn’t jive with almost all rankings.

You are having a hard time with this. I made one claim that is indisputable. UA enrolls more top students (ACT of 33 or higher), than any other SEC school, aside from Texas A&M. That doesn't mean UA's avg ACT score is higher than UGA's. I already explained this. Go back and read what I wrote for I explain it in detail. But just to clarify once again, UA has a much wider middle range than most other schools. THAT is how it can enroll more top students but still have a lower average ACT score for freshmen.

I already explained how I make this claim further up in the thread. There is no specific reference. But all you have to do is do the math. If 25% of the incoming freshman UF, UGA and UA classes have an ACT of 33 or higher, and UA has by far, the larger freshman class, then does it not stand to reason that UA will have more of the top students, in actual number? I left Vandy out cause its freshman class is so much smaller than the other schools (Vandy having only 1,607 freshmen enrolling vs 7,407 at UA).

The next time you idiots ask why did we add Mizzou. Solid school on all fronts. We aren’t your flagship but we make the conference better.

I am sure Mizzou is a good school, but when Mizzou allowed the SJWs and BLM to run the asylum, you lost me. What happened at Mizzou set a horrible precedent. It caused administrators across the nation to cower in fear of the SJW/BLM mob and reflexively push for "diversity." Yet they should have learned the exact opposite lesson for as you know Mizzou has suffered greatly since succumbing to that pressure. What happened there could happen at ANY SEC school. I just wish Mizzou had not set such a poor precedent.

I have experience as an admissions councelor, I know for a fact that bama buys/pays for studenst with high ACT scores. They do this to impress people like yourself however in reality a bama education is not worth much in the marketplace. Harvey Updyke University has lots more in common with bama grads and zealots tham E. O. Wilson. Dr. Wilson is a treasure and therefore few bama grads/zealots have ever heard of him. Now go drool over some high school quarterback!
