For those aggie fans that think they have been exceptionally great with JM congrats on no SEC championship and no Nat'l championship.

List of teams you have not beat since joining the SEC:
1. Florida
2. Georgia
3. LSU
4. USCe

The point of this post is to bring the OP down to earth because your team is already their.

For all normal aggie posters congrats on a very good first year in the SEC you have proven to be a challenge.

Holy shite dude, we have played 9 SEC conference games and we havent even played USCe or Georgia at all.

No, no, no. What he's REALLY saying is that A&M sucks right now, but will fall back to its same old mediocre self once JFF leaves, because he is the whole team, but no one player makes a team, but except that they do, unless you're not A&M.

Is that clear?

Fact is: All you rant tards have already made up your mind about A&M. We suck. So you're going to find any statistic you can to prove your assumption correct and ignore any that prove you wrong.

What's funny as crap is watching yall backpedal and move the goalposts every other week.

August 2012 - HA! Stupid aggsies, good luck making a bowl game!! You might win one SEC game...Might

November 2012 - Yeah, yeah you beat Alabama ONE time. Big deal - beat them 50 times then say something.

December 2012 - Yeah lots of schools win heismans. No NC or BCS bowl, oh and your daddy OU is gonna blow you out

January 2013 - Only a top 5 finish with Manziel??? Psh you guys suck

In one year its gone from where you dont think A&M can even make a bowl game (with 4 patsy non-conference wins) to we should be embarassed with a 10 win season and finish in the top 15.

We got 7 QB's competing for AJ' s job next year. 7 chances to your one chance, all 4 and 5 star players. And I and all Bama fans are concerned who gets to start...This will be our main concern next season. Manziel is just a Sophomore, he has another year right??

I agree that Perriloux is a great example of recruits not panning out. I disagree that he was higher rated than Kyle Allen, not that it matters. They were both 5-stars and the number one quarterback in the nation (unless you are looking at "overall" player rankings, which I believe are pretty bogus, but okay).

Way to completely miss the point.

I'm assuming your point is that A&M will not have a down year next year like Auburn had in 2012. The reason people are annoyed with this comparison is that you said you wouldn't be "the next Auburn." Should have worded it differently. What you wrote implies that Auburn isn't a strong program.

Auburn is one of the most successful programs in the history of the SEC. 2012 aside, Auburn is EXACTLY who you should be trying to be. I pointed this out in a thread earlier this week but I'll say it again. AU has been successful while sharing the state of Alabama with Bama. A&M has shared talent rich Texas with UT for a century and has NOT come close to the success Auburn has had. You’re not on their level as a program. And last I checked, your record this year is no better than theirs.

That’s the problem people have with you A&M posters. You seem to have no respect/ appreciation of how hard it is to do what Bama, Auburn, LSU, Georgia, Florida and Tenn. have done. 11-2 and a cotton bowl is NOT a dynasty. No one is saying you can't enjoy your team just stop talking smack until they've at least finished higher than third in the SEC west, which might be hard for them given that they NEVER did it in the Big 12.

7??? Damn. 7 QB backups that are 4-5 stars? That is a serious waste of talent and scholarships, unless Bama's objective is to suck up all the QB talent around and keep other programs from competing, which is Bama's prerogative, and that of the idiots who signed knowing that many QBs were on the roster.

Texas A&M, Sumlin, and Texas High School Football are for real.

A&M will continue to out recruit the Longhorns as long as Mack Brown stays in Austin.

However, even if UT gets a better HC, the Aggies will continue to compete with Bama and LSU for the lion's share of the SEC West crowns.

Talent wins, and Texas has plenty of talent to win SEC West crowns.

I think TAMU has become the premier Texas school. Sure Manziel has been a big catalyst, but Aggie football is on the rise!

Auburn didn't just have a down year. Auburn was the shittiest program in the SEC, except for Kentucky and injury-laden Missouri. That's the point. A&M may have a few more losses after JFF leaves, but a complete collapse like Auburn had?

It has NOTHING to do with Auburn's history, which is what you brought up. Frankly, a team's history past the last 10 or so years is pretty much irrelevant in terms of just about every aspect of the sport.

People who get annoyed with the "next Auburn" comment need to either grow some thicker skin, or maybe quit acting like A&M is a complete dogshit program compared to anybody who has ever won an SEC title?

I stand corrected, sir. A&M won a B12 title. Still doesn't change the rest of what I said.
