Ah, man...those were SEC Championship Rings with the #2 on them. Come on Gump, at least get it right

Don't understand the problem with the #2 rings. I'm sure if the role was reversed bama would got themselves NC rings anyway, but we finished #2.

Les already answered this when the media asked him that same question. He said he put #2 on them because he couldn't put #1.

This. I understand that CLM was trying to motivate his guys for the 2012 season but long term i humbly think Miles cheapened a legitimate SEC Championship. In ten years a LSU player on that team will be explaining what that #2 means to his son or daughter when He ought not of had to. Being SEC Champion means a shite ton and i said the same thing last season. LSU earned that honor.

#2 in the nation. 1-1 with the National Champions. Certainly, a season to forget. Commemorate? No way. Sweep it under the rug.
