that's the hottest place on earth, esp for visiting fans and the players. it's about the only stadium i've ever been to where i drank gator aid instead of alcohol and still damn near died of heat stroke

You should see the paramedics working during day games before mid October. There are tons of students dehydrated from drinking too much beforehand. If it weren't so health serious, it would be hysterical.
No game should be played before 7 pm before November, but I realize TV has the ultimate say in that.

On a side note, you guys will only have to put up with the shitty visitor seats for one visit to Kyle (2012-2013) before the new stadium takes shape and its completely bowled in.

I have tix to ATM Florida. But will sell if the game is a pre 7PM kickoff.

A&M shitty visitors seats is the main reason I decided not to attend this years game in College Station....

We've been told to expect a night kickoff on ESPN2 or ESPN for this game. With that said, we've been pretty lucky since 2007 with the weather in September in terms of it being unbearably hot.
Fresno State 2007 was the last time it was just brutal. Even after last summer, I don't remember being too uncomfortable tailgating from 6 am to 6 pm for the SMU and Idaho games. The 230 Okie Lite kickoff sucked, but it could have been worse.

You do realize that not all the visitors seats will be in the same place as past years due to SEC rules. Since the band can't sit right behind the visitors bench, A&M opened up the first 10-15 rows to the 40 yard line from the visitors section on down to accomodate visiting fans. Those are prime seats right behind the visiting teams bench. I sit on row 33 on the 30 yard line and you'll be able to see great if you get those seats.

This is the MSU master-plan for DWS. What has been posted so far is phase 1, which will begin immediately following the Arky game this season(utilities are being moved now) and be completed on the deadline for the USM game in 2014. We are placing the footings and all underground prep for the upper deck, which will be added at a later date. That will be based on advancing demand, as well as infrastructure capabilities in Starkville and on MSU's campus.

Expanding up to a whopping 70,000?

Looks nice, but exactly like Bama's

The pictured expansion goes between 80-90k people by fully bowling it in, but will be done in 4-5 phases most likely over the next 20+ years.
The town of Starkville doesn't have the infrastructure in place to hold 100k people currently, be it roads, water, hotels, etc. We don't have parking to accommodate that number of people either. Having to build our first real parking garage concurrently with the phase 1 expansion...

You also dont have the fans to fill an 80-90K stadium.
