Based on the message boards leading up to the game, I was expecting fire breathing dragons. Utah is piecing them up with back ups. What's the deal?

Florida was picked to go 1-7 in the SEC. No one said they were worth a shite, except delusional Gators.

Check out the prediction thread, 28 votes for Fla vs 14 for Utah. Plenty of, "no way we lose to a PAC 12 team" chatter. Also, a cursory review of the pregame chat is filled with the same arrogance. Fire breathing dragons is obviously an exaggeration but I honestly was expecting more.
Am I wrong? Surely some other, "no dog in the fight" fans are feeling the same way.
