BTW this has nothing to do with LSU losing 4 games to end the season and then likely the bowl game as well.

I think LSU loses 2 at the most. most likely to Florida and Arkansas (depending on which team has something to play for).

He was under pressure and rolling to his right. Threw the ball without planting his feet and overthrew his receiver. Alabama broke him down last year as well. It was not a mistake

LSU loses to Florida, Bama, Auburn and Arkansas. Then they lose the bowl game as well imo.

Mallet had the worst game of the year in last years loss to the Alabama. It is no surprise that he cracked like an egg once Saban decided to bring the pressure in the second half. That game showed what a champion is. Most teams would have lost a game like that but Alabama calmly chipped away and won the game as usual.

I just think this is it for Les Miles. I have not been impressed with any team they have beat this year and they have yet to play the quality teams on their schedule where their crappy play will not get them the win. Florida will beat them in Gainesville and the slide will begin there. LSU fans are restless and want to fire him anyway. It will only take 1 loss to send everything into the toilet. Miles is hanging on by a thread and it will be easy for the players to quit on him once the pressure comes and they know he is done.

gotcha. so ZERO evidence or explanation on why, as you posted, "the players will have quit on Miles." brilliant.

I think it will be easy for the players to quit on him once the fanbase pressure comes with that first loss on Saturday. Players tend to give up once they know their coach is done for. I think once LSU loses to UF the season goes in the tank from there. UF is coming off a completely humiliating loss to Alabama and beating LSU will send the delusional LSU fanbase into a tirade toward Les Miles. Even though Florida should beat them at home.

well, in short.. you're completely wrong. but think what you want about players you know nothing about. good luck against USCe. should be yet another victory for Bama.

It happens to almost every program when their coach is already hanging on by a thread. Once the inevitable sinks in the players effort will decline. Plus LSU is not good enough to beat the quality teams on their schedule. LSU's delusional fanbase thinks they are but they are not.

Other than LSU's offensive woes, how is LSU not good enough? Great defense, great special teams, and, if Lee is playing, a somewhat capable offense. Teams like Vandy really aren't good enough, they don't have the talent, etc. But LSU is good enough to beat the quality teams on their schedule. The fact that you want them to lose doesn't mean that they aren't good enough to win.

Bama fans are scared of what LSU could potentially become by Nov. 6th. they're telling themselves how much we suck because they really really want it to be true.

we already have a better defense than anyone in the conference. everything, and I mean everything, that can go wrong on offense has. we fix even 50 percent of those problems and we're going to be a tough tough team to face. don't forget we had 480 yards of offense against Tennessee (100+ passing yards by Lee in the 4th quarter alone.) if we don't throw 4 INTs Tennessee gets rolled.

I understand our problems and I understand the likelihood of getting our offense fixed this season is pretty slim. but if we turn it around the SEC better watch the frick out.

Who have they played that could bring you to the conclusion that LSU is great at anything? They have not played any great teams this year or even an above average team for that matter. WVU without Noel Devine is the best team LSU has played all year and that is not saying much IMO.

Oregon probably had that much in one half while running them out of Neyland stadium. This is the difference. I think LSU fans are going to be in for a big shock when they actually start playing quality opposition. Pat Forde said "LSU is one of the worst 5-0 teams I have ever seen." I would agree with that statement. Right now Les Miles is standing on the edge of a cliff and he just needs a little push.
