I would say this summer your program is in a deep spiral. I mean, Georgia is better, FSU has won the more recent Natty. I don't know. What do you think?

I don’t mind remembering 1980. I’m surprised that you would want to mention that year. Most Gators I’ve come in contact with get a stricken look on their face and it seems that lthey are about to hurl at just at the thought of it. Georgia rips out Florida’s heart, tosses it on the ground like some old chew toy on their way to a National Championship. Lindsay Scott!!!! Lindsay Scott!!!!!
Florida is obviously having a very hard time dealing with their loss of prestige. Every time you reminding us of that awesome year I’ll remind you of probably the greatest play in college football.

I like the ongoing account of the Gators troubles too. Let’s keep updating - if we can manage to keep up with it- and post it every time we are reminded of that glorious year. Thanks TNG for giving us even more reason to do a little gloating.
