UF fans have watched their team win 2 of the last 3 national titles. The Sugar Bowl vs a nobody is a letdown I'm sure.
Maybe their team will do better than us last year.

I should freaking hope so! The Sugar isn't just a bowl it's "our" bowl. Fielding a pouting SEC winner or runner up is beyond my comprehension.

I thought about that year. The one that jumps out to me is Archie's senior year. We were supposed to win the national championship and Archie win the Heisman. Then we lost to USM, then Archie broke his arm. Finished 7-4 I think.
Also in 86' we won 8 games I think and were returning a lot. We finished like 3-8.
In 02' Eli started us out at 5-1 and beating #6 Florida. Then we lost five straight SEC games and eventually went to the Independence Bowl.

LOL at everyone bitching because the tickets aren't selling. Do you want to pay for me to go? Because I am too broke otherwise. I'm not saying that money is the only reason people aren't buying tickets but it's a pretty big one.

The Sugar Bowl shouldn't be forced to take lesser known teams every season. I'll be glad when the BCS forces the Rose Bowl to take teams like Hawai'i, Utah, and Cincinnati.

This won't happen anytime soon. Most of us would be thrilled if they would let the SEC get a team in the Rose Bowl to face the PAC 10 winner.
