No I haven't. But you know what? I've had a change of heart! I think that this whole 'flagship' thing is the most clever and cute thing ever! Can I be your friend? Please? If you are the only D1 school in your state, wouldn't you by "default" be considered the Flagship University for the state of Arkansas?
Is there a reason to boast the obvious default?
I really thought this "Flagship" business was about something achieved, versus a default association.

the driskill's restaurant is good. eddie V's is around the corner, and it's got a decent atmosphere and the food is good enough. louis's 106 is better seafood, though.
EDIT: obviously this is meant for sao. i've never been to Perry's but it looks like it gets good review.
