I was there. My senior year at State.
It was a nice moment. Felt weird to go to the game and be in a crowd. There was some nervous energy. My girlfriend's family begged her not to go - they thought there might be another attack.
It was the first time I remember the ESPN announcer was piped into the PA.
Someone shouted Go to hell Bin Laden during the moment of silence. We played football.

I am in there on the sideline by Michelle Tafoya. Grew up in Starkville and was a recruit that year with a field pass. Never forget Bart Harris's (local guy) father yelling out (Go to Hell Bin Laden) at the end of the anthem.
