Who the hell could Arkansas get that is better you bunch of delusional idiots? I find it so funny you guys want to fire a coach that has been successful in the south making deep tournament runs, but yet think Bret Bielema will get you all elite.

Anyways your road woes are mental, we are on a 4 game losing streak after starting undefeated, its all in their head. Once Arkansas wins on the road, you guys will be back to being regulars oin the tournament. I remember The 90s and love the fast style of basketball. Trust me he will get you there.

We played good except Haydar's boneheaded 5 point swing play which lost us the game.

Arky fans on this board are weird. Probably 80% want Anderson fired.I think they're taking out frustrations from there overated BIG10 football coach on a good basketball coach.

ETA: Thank fricking God Coach Frank Martin didn't end up there, I bet he would have ran off all of Pelfrey's recruits like he did our previous coaches recruits. Hence why we are in a major rebuild. But it will be worth it next year. Arky fans would have ran him out of town with pitchforks after his first year

1. Anderson has road woes dating back to Mizzou this is not a mental thing on the part of THIS particular team

2. Sometimes guys have success at places leave and the fit just doesn't match at the new place. That what appears this is

3. Why in the world would I worry about who we could get better when the guy we have now hasn't even been IN the NCAA tourny here

4. Mike has had time to get his shite together. Bret has not.

No, it's probably because I think he's a terrible coach. He doesn't have a single play in his book...our only chance to score is in transition or get lucky and make a tough shot. He also is incapable of making any adjustments in-game. I said the same thing while he was at Mizzou, but I was a little biased then

We need some shooters, i.e. basketball players who can shoot a basketball well. That's the main problem.

LOL I know Bielema much better than any of you. He will get Arkansas to an occasional 7-5 type season surrounded by losing seasons. He plays a soft non aggressive defense. Offense is way to one dimensional going up against SEC teams. Also the guy isn't a good recruiter.
He might prove me wrong, but I doubt it.

You really just wanted to make this about Bret didn't you? Again one has had time to work out, the other has not. Understand it?

ok. so we shouldn't take his wins or bowl games while at wisky into consideration when projecting how he'll do here. gotcha

what the hell kind of criteria would you prefer an AD look at when trying to hire a coach?

we fired lost our D coordinator to the buckeye's

We've won as many SEC road games in the last week as Mike Anderson has won in his entire tenure at Arkansas. FYI

In a down BIG 10, I would bring up his record against the traditional powers, but I bet you already know them.

You know, if I were Arkansas' AD maybe one with ties to the south for starters.

I think after this year it will be time for a change. The mistake of returning home has been proven. I just dont see anything restoring the two decades of greatness.
