Finebaum show is terrible. Just a caller-centric show that lets idiots on. Plus they only talk about football and 2-3 teams.

If you want something similar lyrically (but a bit darker and heavier) Facade by Disturbed comes to mind. As far as workout songs by Nickelback (while none of them were similar lyrically), Learn the Hard Way, Hangnail, and Flat on the Floor were some I used to listen to at the gym as well.
I definitely have some disturbed in my playlist. I like to try to stay away from going to heavy on any one band so my the music keeps a good mix so I don't get bored with it.
