And that's fine, I'm not trying to change your mind. I just reserve the right to look down on you

People from Cleveland DEFINITELY have distinct accents.

Us Clevelanders dont have any accent. They teach newscasters to speak like us.

I honestly don't care what people wear to games and I won't tell them what to wear... fact is in the SEC the popular fashion is to wear collared shirts with some form of pants, not jerseys. For kids, it is ok because they want to wear the jersey of their favorite player. For girls, it is ok because they are cleat chasers and admire the superstar players.
For guys it is kind of weird to idolize a 18-22 yr old male. Typically the men that wear jerseys are of the bandwagon type, that didn't go to the actual college they represent. A grown man wearing a jersey to an SEC game will be perceived as such, because that is the stereotype down here.

I've known about 10 people from Cleveland and they all spoke with the same accent.

I don't have even the slightest hint of an accent.

You just think its an accent because proper pronunciation is foreign to you.

For someone that knows nothing about cleveland, can you give me a brief summary about what is cool about cleveland?

Probably.
I was trying to think of an example and the first one that came to mind was the way they say "pen" or "ben", etc. They stress the "e", instead of saying "pin" or "bin". Then I realized that's the correct way of saying it.
