Good. If anything is left to be found Pearl should be gone immediately as well as Jacobs. If not, Pearl should stay. As a student I don't want basketball to suck, but I also want my administration to be a clean one.

I don’t care what happens as long as Jacobs is out.

The subpoena to Oklahoma state said they were COMMANDED to appear before the GRAND JURY on October 17, 2016.

Okie State Subpoena. Auburn will not release theirs to the public, but probabaly the same as Okie State's.

If someone else was involved, so be it

But that just really doesn't make much sense

I think it's more likely that Pearl knew something, or should have had a suspicion of something, but sat on it. I'm not sure that's likely either, but it seems more likely than him or people in the AD being involved.

Subpoenas after they have already arrested an assistant aren't really ratcheting up any investigation. It is simply covering all the bases.

This isn't nearly as ominous as it sounds and, as the barn poster said, since the Bama assistant AD was working with Person odds are extraordinarily high that Bama will get one too.

some clerk cut and paste and forgot to change the date. However, no one will appear, they will simply file responses and objections.

Good- get it all in the open and get those out that knew about it.

If Chuck goes to trial, the Feds use anything from the subpoena, and there are no stipulations by the defense, the AU custodian of records will have to appear.

So this whole Person thing clearly is Chuck going rogue like a baby back b*tch. Annoying that Pearl somehow can get implicated in this

I'm not saying Pearl doesn't do anything wrong. Just that what Person was arrested for was a clear side gig, in addition to any cheating Pearl/Person were doing to actually pull in recruits
