I’d kill for the SEC scheduling to allow a trip to Athens more often than every 10 years or whatever it is..
9 fricking conference games!! Get with it

I’ve been to all of the stadiums that matter so I’ll list the ones that don’t:
Miss State
Kroger’s
Mizzou
I’ve not been to tamu either but have heard great things.
I’ll also say I think it matters when these games are. We typically play Kentucky late in the year and there is no way I’m going to a game in Lexington in November.

1. LSU - Been many times, will go many more. Best food and atmosphere. People are fun.
2. Georgia - Great city, lots to do. Fun stadium. Tailgating is ok.
3. A&M - best stadium, different things to see, usually an easy win.
4. South Carolina - surprisingly good tailgating, great scenery, really fun atmosphere. Only this low bc I have been around bad fans both times I've gone. Like really bad fans.
5. Bama - it's Bama.
6. TN - went in the 90s when they were really good. It was a lot of fun at the actual game, but didn't care for much else.
7. Florida - we lost 52-0, so basically the whole experience sucked. the fans were horrible though. 2nd worst fans.
8. Oxford - good looking women. The tailgating is weird and pretentious. I don't like cold chicken fingers. Worst food.
9. Auburn - been twice. Horrible people. The eagle is cool though.

1. LSU (2012): Definitely the most fun I've had on a road trip. Staying in New Orleans Thursday/Friday nights and driving down early Saturday morning for the game that evening was awesome. Fans were great. A lot of alcohol and smack talk, but that's what college football is all about. They're a fun bunch.
You picked a good one there. That was a great game that went down to late in the 4th and the crowd was intense. Good all day tailgate too. I remember screaming my lungs out the whole game. Fortunately for LSU Jeremy Hill busted a game breaker late.

One of the best tailgates I have been to at LSU was for the annual MSU game a few yrs back. I have a lot of coworkers and friends from State. Unfortunately for the Tigers it was Dak's coming out party.
Got to witness an awesome Slap bet on that game. I dont think I will ever do that.

Favorite: LSU. Bayou Bengal fans get a bad rap sometimes but, in my experience, they’re fun-loving and friendly. Great to tailgate with.
Least favorite: Tie between Tennessee and USCe. Those of you who have visited know why.

1.) Athens-2011 and 2014, were horrible when they had their “revenge” game on. Fans sucked, but 2001,2003,2005,2007,2009,2016 it was great and had fun at the game and with the fans.
2.) Alabama- past few years were closer than expected. Best stadium in the SEC(Sorry Aggies). Fans are pretty entitled but it makes for good fun if the game is closer or
If your team wins.
3.) State- I love Starkville. A lot nicer since the renovation but the people are great and it’s all around a good time.
4.) LSU- not as nice as I thought and fans weren’t too bad(admittedly only have been for day games)

I had a d cell battery thrown at me in the stadium at LSU but damn it was a fun trip
Auburn is pretty fun I’ve been there for usc games and other games too. Craziest was in college during an iron bowl where I saw a drunk redneck from mobile stab 3 pledges on the front lawn of my buddies fraternity house

Definitely not the same experience. LSU prides itself on the night game tradition. Every time we get stuck in that 2:30 CBS slot, our entire fan base pitches a huge fit. If you get a chance to see TS at night I would recommend it.

Nice to hear. Starkville will likely happen for me soon due to how close it is and the stadium seems very nice. It seems like a very laidback experience compared to the bigger SEC stadiums. It seems like the town is easy to navigate and the game day is simple for visiting fans to enjoy. Not in a negative way of course tho

Who the hell are y'all hanging around and what kind of cheap seats are you sitting in?
We do have the highest ejection rate from games in the country though....

Everyone seems to love the LSU trip because you can get a night or two in Nola in too then head to br for a long day of tailgating then a one of a kind stadium experience. I hope our a hole fans leave y’all be and y’all find the good fans because there’s plenty of friendly LSU folks out there who’d love to have visitors. They wanna feed you good food, get you drunk and mess with you a little bit all in good fun.
In all seriousness, it's really this ^^^ at BR. Great people and great Americans.
