Ironically, a Ken Williamson ( also not the ref) resides in Knoxville. Do an internet search of your own first and last name. No matter how unique you think your name is, you’ll find hundreds, if not thousands, of people with the same first and last name in the U.S.

I remember a situation where someone thought I was connected to a different person with the same name, and I ended up getting messages about things I had nothing to do with.
As for the real estate side, I can imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with those misunderstandings while trying to do your job. It’s good to clarify that Ken Williamson in Tuscaloosa is not the same guy refereeing games in Tampa. If only it were that simple to clear up misunderstandings in real estate, especially when people start worrying about things like exp commission and fees!
