That's my takeaway from the last few days after the media conjured up BS negative "news" about Arkansas firing Bert and its head coach search and now this Schiano shite. You do you, Vols.

VOLS did the right thing today. Hiring a man of questionable character and mediocre coaching ability was a dumb move by the AD.
We have hired plenty of mediocre coaches (without a ton of blowback) and probably will this time as well.
This isn't about Gruden...that talk is mostly confined to message boards which is a very small percentage of the fanbase and is brought up every UT coaching search.
The same media bashing UT fans would've been writing negative articles about Schiano within a year.
